Do you offer a design service?
We offer a complete and managed service from design through to installation. We aim to make your design journey as easy as possible from your first meeting to discuss your ideas all the way through to the completion of your project. Find out more about the design journey process here.
How much will it cost?
The cost of a new kitchen can depend on lots of factors, for example the type of cabinets, the appliances you choose & the worktop material will all influence your overall cost. Our kitchen design & installation prices start at £18,000. We offer flexible payment options, kitchen finance and have designs to suit everyone so don't hesitate to get in touch with our kitchen designer to discuss your ideas.
Do I have to arrange my own electrician, plumber etc?
No, if we’re installing your new kitchen our full project management service means we organise all the trades required and ensure your kitchen designer is in charge of the process the entire way through.
How long will the work take to complete?
Every project is different but we aim to complete every job as quickly as is practical. As a guide we advise a time frame of 10-15 working days for kitchen installation. Your designer will advise you of your own project timescale at the time of booking.

Do you offer a guarantee?
We provide a five-year limited warranty on your new luxury kitchen which has been designed and installed by Bathroom & Kitchen Planet. We honour respective manufacturer warranty periods on appliances and ancillary components. The warranties relate to the manufacturing quality and functional safety of respective manufacturer products. Please note, the warranties do not include lights, batteries and filter elements.
In addition, we provide a two-year labour warranty for kitchens designed and installed by Bathroom & Kitchen Planet. Outside of the two-year labour warranty period, service fees would apply.
Do I have to be on site while the installation is happening?
Not necessarily, since we offer a fully managed project you do not need to be on-site during the installation. Please advise your designer if you plan on being away and they can make the necessary arrangements with your installer.
