A bathroom can be one of the trickiest rooms to design in a home. Not only does it need to look stunning, it has to function practically as well, and the technical aspects can be mind-boggling. How much will it cost?
One of the most frequently asked questions at the beginning of the design process is regarding the cost of a new bathroom. All of our designs are bespoke and unique to you so every bathroom and kitchen has a different cost. As a guide we advise that our luxury bathroom projects start around £8,500. It's always a good idea to discuss your budget and expectations with the designer at the initial design consultation so you both have a good understanding of what can be achieved.
Do you offer a design service?
We offer a complete and managed service from design through to installation. We aim to make your design journey as easy as possible from your first meeting to discuss your ideas all the way through to the completion of your project. Find out more about the design journey process here.
How long will the work take to complete?
Every project is different but we aim to complete every job as quickly as is practical. As a guide we advise a time frame of 7-10 working days for bathroom installation. Your designer will advise you of your own project timescale at the time of booking.
Do I have to be on-site while the installation is happening?
Not necessarily, since we offer a fully managed project you do not need to be on-site during the installation. Please advise your designer if you plan on being away and they can make the necessary arrangements with your installer.
What are my payment options?
We ask for a 35% deposit to secure your project and allow us to start the process of organising your bespoke products. Your next payment of 60% is payable 7 days prior to the installation start date and the final balance is payable upon the completion of your project.
