Bathroom & Kitchen Planet Refer A Friend Terms
The refer a friend promotion is a £100 retail gift voucher reward to be sent to a referrer (existing customer) and up to £100 worth of accessories to be added to the referee's (the friend's) new bathroom or kitchen installation, after the successful purchase of a full bathroom or kitchen design and installation/supply which resulted from a successful referral. This offer is available to customers who purchase a complete bathroom or kitchen design and installation/supply from Bathroom & Kitchen Planet Stirling between 10/10/2022 and 10/10/2023.
The Reward
Referrers eligible for a reward following a successful referral will be sent a unique link to a third party vendor’s website to redeem an e-Voucher for the reward value, within 30 days of qualifying for the reward, which is
non-negotiable and non-exchangeable. The retailer may vary and Bathroom & Kitchen Planet Stirling have the right to change this retailer at any time. Instructions and terms of how to redeem e-Vouchers for the individual retailers are available on the fulfilment website when you select your e-Voucher. The link to redeem your
e-voucher will expire after 90 days. You acknowledge that we will share your personal data with our third party vendor and retailer, for the purposes of your reward redemption. Referees eligible for a reward following a successful referral will choose up to £100 worth of accessories upon receipt of their deposit.
Qualification for the Reward (Referees)
The referee (friend) reward offer is available to customers who purchase a complete bathroom or kitchen design and installation/supply (minimum product value £5000) from Bathroom & Kitchen Planet Stirling. The referee must quote the referrer's full name when placing their initial deposit. The referee and referrer must have their bathroom or kitchen fully designed and installed/supplied to be eligible for the reward.
Qualification for the Reward (Referrers)
A ‘successful referral’ is a referral that results in the sale of a complete bathroom or kitchen design and installation/supply (minimum product value £5000) to a referee. The referrer and referee must have their bathroom or kitchen fully designed and installed/supplied to be eligible for the reward.
General terms and conditions
Referral attempts that do not quote the referrer's full name at time of deposit will not qualify for the reward.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by an individual referrer. The referrer and the referee (friend) can’t be the same household. Where we identify they are from the same household, the offer will be void. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Upon cancellation of an order, both the referee and referrer will no longer be eligible for the reward.
